Subject: Embarq LD Order System Migration
As of Tuesday, April 29 the Embarq Long Distance Group will begin migration to a new system. This migration period is scheduled to end on May 12. During this time, Long Distance orders may still be submitted but WILL NOT be entered into the system. Provisions have been made to deal with the back log of orders. There will be a "catch up" period during the week of May 12. Contact the NVAC directly with any questions/concerns about specific Long Distance orders that are a priority.

Changes were made to conform to the June 1 federal schedule/state tariff filings which increase the limit of lines at one location eligible for the Embarq Unlimited Long Distance plan to nineand which extend the eligibility list of qualifying products to include MultiLine Bundle and Centrex.The Embarq sales agreement for the Unlimited LD plan has been updated and is attached for your reference.
Changes were made to conform to the June 1 federal schedule/state tariff filings which increase the limit of lines at one location eligible for the Embarq Unlimited Long Distance plan to nineand which extend the eligibility list of qualifying products to include MultiLine Bundle and Centrex.
